Farmers & Merchants State Bank Mobile Banking App Features

You must be enrolled in online banking to use our mobile banking app. You’ll use your online banking credentials to log in. Once you are logged in, you can:

  • View your account balances and transaction history
  • Initiate a transfer between your accounts
  • Make a bill payment
  • Deposit a check
  • Set up account alerts

Mobile Check Deposit

Make a deposit using your smartphone’s camera by following a simple step-by-step process. Log into your mobile banking app and follow these steps:

  • First, endorse the back of your check and write “For Mobile Deposit Only” underneath your signature
  • Tap “Deposit” on the bottom of your app’s main screen
  • Tap “Deposit a Check”
  • Choose the account you want to deposit the funds to
  • Enter the deposit amount
  • Follow the prompts to take a photo of the front of the check
  • Follow the prompts to take a photo of the back of the check
  • Tap “Make Deposit”

Funds from mobile deposits are usually available within two business days. Please keep your paper check until the funds are posted to the account.

Telebanc Services

You don’t need to have a smartphone to access your accounts on the go. You have access to automated checking, savings or loan information 24/7 with Telebanc from Farmers & Merchants State Bank.

For your convenience, the following options are available by dialing 1-800-550-4550.

  • Deposit Account Information – Get information on our checking or savings accounts.
  • Transfer funds between accounts
  • Loan Account Information – Get information on your payments, interest, escrow and payoff.
  • Change your PIN

To get started:

  1. You will need access to a touch-tone phone.
  2. The first time you access the system, you will need your account number. Your PIN (Personal Identification Number) is the last four digits of your Social Security Number (for personal accounts) or the last four digits of your company’s Tax Identification Number (for business accounts). You will be required to change your PIN to a four-digit number of your choice.
