Rachel started on her journey at Farmers & Merchants State Bank back in 2001 as a teller. Over the years, She has mastered various roles, growing from a personal banker to a Universal Banker 2, finally arriving at her current position as Assistant Vice-President of Consumer Banking. It's been an incredible journey of growth and learning within this institution.
Outside the world of banking, Rachel’s heart lies in music. Whether it's enjoying a concert, hitting the dance floor, or belting out tunes at karaoke, count her in. Autumn Rennhack has been a Universal Bankers for the bank since 2017 and assumed a lead role in December of 2019. She is fluent in retail products and is our expert in ID Theftsmart and ClickSwitch. During her time here she has helped in several events in the community school such as Marshall STEAM nights and Waterloo learning events. As part of the Marketing team she represented F & M during the Rivalry on the River events and has volunteered at the Marshall~Waterloo Food Pantry & Weiner & Kraut Day.
When Autumn is not at the bank she enjoys spending time with family, friends and her 2 dogs. She even bakes her own dog treats and brings them for our community dog lovers during the Relay for Life bake sales.

Sandra joined Farmers & Merchants State Bank over two years ago as a Universal Banker I and quickly advanced to her current role as an Assistant Branch Manager & Universal Banker II. Her natural curiosity, passion for learning, and commitment to serving others helped her grow within the bank.
Sandra loves getting to know the customers who walk through the door—not just helping with their banking needs, but hearing about their lives, families, and even their pets. It’s these everyday conversations that make her role especially rewarding.
She enjoys participating in community events through the bank, which allows her to connect with and give back to the people she sees every day.
Outside of work, Sandra enjoys spending time with her husband and kids, hiking, reading, and tending to her plants. When the weather is nice, you’ll likely find her out on the water or soaking up the outdoors with friends and family.
