With our world continuing to expand digitally, we decided it was time to grow our services and launch a digital Face-to-Face Banking platform! We’re so excited to offer this convenient, quick, and simple resource to our current and future customers. In today’s blog, we’re going to give you everything you need to know about Face-to-Face Banking, from setting up your account to scheduling your first session.

In order to better meet the needs of your schedule, we’re able to schedule a set date and time with Face-to-Face Banking with no waiting necessary! You can be sure that you’ll get the help you need at a specific time, that way you’re not running behind trying to make it to your next meeting.

Whether you’re on a vacation, out of town for a work trip, or in between games at your kid’s baseball tournament, Face-to-Face Banking allows you to bank from anywhere. As long as you have your device and a Wi-Fi or cellular connection, we can make it happen!
How Do I Get Started with Face-to-Face Banking?
The first step to experiencing all of the benefits mentioned above is to open an account with us! This will be your first experience with Face-to-Face banking. In about a 45-minute session, we will walk you through how to open an account at F&M State Bank, and from there, you’ll be able to schedule video calls for other tasks, such as adding a joint member, adding a checking or savings account, and opening a Certificate of Deposit account. It’s as easy as this:
