While we’d love for you to come visit us in person, we know that walk-in wait times are unpredictable. In order to better meet the needs of your schedule, we’re able to schedule a set date and time with Face-to-Face Banking with no waiting necessary! You can be sure that you’ll get the help you need at a specific time, that way you’re not running behind trying to make it to your next meeting.

Whether you’re on a vacation, out of town for a work trip, or in between games at your kid’s baseball tournament, Face-to-Face Banking allows you to bank from anywhere. As long as you have your device and a Wi-Fi or cellular connection, we can make it happen! 

How Do I Get Started with Face-to-Face Banking? 

The first step to experiencing all of the benefits mentioned above is to open an account with us! This will be your first experience with Face-to-Face banking. In about a 45-minute session, we will walk you through how to open an account at F&M State Bank, and from there, you’ll be able to schedule video calls for other tasks, such as adding a joint member, adding a checking or savings account, and opening a Certificate of Deposit account. It’s as easy as this:
